What this site collects

One thing: whatever you type into the estimate form. That is your name, your phone number, your email address if you choose to give one, the city you are in, your message, and which page of this site you submitted from.

What happens to it

The form is handled by Netlify, which hosts this website. Netlify stores the submission and passes it straight to a private team chat channel so that someone sees it quickly. It is read by the people who would answer your enquiry, and it is used to answer your enquiry.

What this site does not do

There are no analytics on this site. No advertising or remarketing pixels, no tracking cookies, no session recording, no third-party chat widget, and no newsletter list. Nothing you submit is sold, rented, or passed to any other business for marketing. If any of that changes, this page changes with it.

Fonts are served from this site's own domain rather than from a font provider, so loading a page does not announce your visit to a third party.

How long it is kept

Enquiries are kept while they are useful for the job you asked about and for normal business records afterwards. Ask and we will delete yours.

Your choices

You can ask what has been stored about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Call 909-247-6631 or send the request through the same form. California residents have these rights under state law; the same request is honoured regardless of where you live.

Children

This site is not directed at children and the form is not intended for them.
