Terms of use
These cover the website. Work is governed by the contract you sign.
Nothing here is a quote
Everything on this site is general information about how pools get built. It is not a price, not an offer, and not a commitment to a schedule. A real figure and a real timeline come from a site visit and arrive in writing, with the scope they assume attached.
Nothing here is a warranty
Descriptions of materials, methods, and durations are typical cases. Your yard, your ground, and your jurisdiction can all move them. Warranties that apply to your job are the ones written into your contract.
Sending the form
Submitting the estimate form starts a conversation. It does not create a contract, reserve a place in a schedule, or oblige either side to anything. Please send accurate contact details, since a wrong number is the usual reason an enquiry goes unanswered.
Licensing
Work of this kind in California requires a licensed contractor, and you are entitled to verify any licence yourself through the Contractors State License Board before signing anything. Do that; it takes a minute and it is the single best check available to you.
Content on this site
The text, layout, and images here belong to the business. Please do not republish them as your own.
Links out
Where this site links to somewhere else, that site is not ours and its content is not our responsibility.
Governing law and contact
California law applies. Questions about these terms go to Mr. Jose Pools & Spa on 909-247-6631. The registered legal entity behind this trading name is identified on any contract you sign.
